We implement international cooperation projects with leading mining countries to strengthen our role as a bridge for mineral resources development by private sector to secure critical minerals in need for national prosperity and contribute to sustainable mining in the world.
In addition, we make an effort to realize win-win model for mutual growth with the private sector based on mutual cooperation.
Networking with Leading Mining Countries.
We strengthen our ability to implement cooperation projects with leading mining countries, such as Canada and Australia by establishing international partnership with relevant organizations in the way of joint statement of cooperation which includes exchange of information and human resources, joint workshops in the field of mining as a whole from exploration to mine rehabilitation.
Also, we support domestic companies to expand their business abroad by supporting their participation in international mining events, hosting seminars (webinars) and symposiums, etc.
Overseas Mineral Resources Development Association (ORE:ON)
The Overseas Mineral Resources Development Association, named as ORE:ON, was established in 2017 to provide a platform for information exchange, networking and development of collaboration projects among member companies in the field of mineral resources.
ORE:ON is made up of 4 divisions including mineral resources development division, trading division, R&D division and ESG division, and as an administrator and a facilitator, ORE:ON hosts online and offline assemblies, seminars while operating a YouTube channel

ODA and Mining Industry Full-Cycle Consulting
We cooperate with domestic and foreign government organizations, private companies, and international organizations to carry out ODA (official development assistance) and consulting projects covering a full spectrum of mining life cycle. Also, we’ve been making every effort to establish and strengthen our mutually beneficial relationships with foreign governments and private companies in resource rich countries

- Mongolia Energy Source Quality Management Capacity Building Project for Air Environment Improvement (21~25, KOICA ODA) : Improvement of Mongolia’s coal quality management system, support for the establishment of a laboratory, etc.
- Peru Sustainable Mine Environmental Resilience Enhancement Project (21~25, KOICA ODA) : Installation and operation of a pilot plant for mine drainage treatment, implementation of training programs, development of an information system, etc.
- Mongolia Rare Metals High-Value Addition and Commercialization Project (23~27, KIAT ODA) : Design and construction of the Korea-Mongolia Rare Metals Cooperation Center, implementation of training programs, basic research on rare metals and rare earth elements, etc
- Mongolia Nalaikh Abandoned Mine Area Environmental Resilience Enhancement Project (25~29, KOICA ODA) : Soil restoration, establishment of agroforestry complexes and urban landscape areas, capacity building, etc.
- Uzbekistan Mineral Resources and Geological Disaster Integrated Management System Project (25~29, KOICA ODA) : Establishment and operation of an integrated management system for mineral resources and geological disasters, etc.
